Proud to have contributed to this work as a freelance collaborator with Aloe Creatives — a Cape Town agency doing meaningful, beautiful work at the intersection of culture and creativity.

The presentation tackled the deep-rooted stigmas preventing African men from seeking help, threading together cultural truth, emotional honesty, and a call to action rooted in dignity and strength, all in service of a movement inspiring young Black men to live happier, healthier, longer lives.
